Project Case Studies & Technical Evidence

Real-world fire-rated glazing installations across Australia, the UK, the UAE and Southeast Asia. Each project is backed by verified AS1530.4, BS476 or EN1364 test data from NATA, UKAS or IAS-accredited laboratories. FRL ratings cited are actual furnace-tested results, not design targets.

Metropolitan Hospital Corridor & ICU Upgrade

Fire-rated glazing upgrade for a 450-bed metropolitan hospital. Main corridor partitions replaced with fully insulated EI60 steel-framed systems. ICU observation panels upgraded to impact-rated EI60 with X-ray shield capability. All systems tested to FRL -/60/60 per AS1530.4:2005 with actual furnace performance of 68 minutes integrity and 68 minutes insulation (Report R15E14B, NATA-accredited). The 21mm FPOS glass specification was selected to provide both insulation for patient safety and natural light for clinical observation corridors.
